Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking to hire a part-time on-call substitute School Based Therapeutic Aide. If so, this may be the position for you!Position Highlights:Flexible Scheduling: Minimum commitment of 6 days per monthAvailability: Must be able to work during regular school hours and report to different school sites as neededUnlimited Earning Potential: No cap on the number of days you can work each monthCompetitive Pay: We offer a very competitive hourly rateTherapeutic Aide Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapyImplement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAsCollect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan.Support the BCBA with training families on implementing individualized treatment plans.Participate in team meetings and training workshops.Ensure that the client is always in a safe and positive environment.ARE YOU READY TO JOIN OUR TEAM?Do you have strong communication skills?
