Job DescriptionJob DescriptionDescription:Nexus Family Healing is looking to add an On Call Youth Care Professional to our newest location in Portland, Oregon!This small PRTF program serves up to six youth at a time, ages 10-17 with mental and developmental disabilities who have become involved in the justice system.
