Onbase Developer at Applied Technology Services

This posting is for a pending award.OnBase Developer with senior experience to perform software development support and testing services in a remote work environment. The resource will report to the Director Enterprise Document Management.ResponsibilitiesProvide programming support to extend functionality of the OnBase PlatformAnalyze business processes to identify and implement automation of repetitive tasksand scripted job aidsDevelop APIs between multiple systems.Peer review and test new and revised programmatic functionality as requested by another team member to verify visual and functional qualityUnderstand business process and requirements to provide technical solutions that meet customer needsResearch and suggest new approaches and technologiesWork with internal and external customers and clients to clearly define requirements uncover business rules and processes and create user storiesWork with vendor resources to ensure technical issues are evaluated to root causeImplement system enhancements related to OnBase configurationDevelop and maintain workflow solutions in the OnBase platformCoordinate departmental requested changes in the OnBase system including initial analysis to implementation of configuration changes needed to support new business processesCreate initial training material to support implemented departmental changesRequirementsEducation/Experience: Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science (or equivalent); 3 years of OnBase development/configuration experience.Technical Skills: Proficiency in OnBase workflow/configuration /C#/JavaScript; experience with APIs integrations and troubleshooting.Business Skills: Strong process analysis requirements gathering and documentation abilities; experience supporting end-users and creating training materials.Soft Skills: Excellent communication problem-solving and collaboration skills; detail-oriented and quality-focused.Preferred: OnBase/Hyland certifications; experience in higher ed healthcare or similar industries.Full-Time Employee Benefits:Competitive compensationHealth benefits including Medical Dental and VisionVacation and Personal Days401KEmployee Assistance PlanContinuous education and learning opportunities.
