JOB DESCRIPTION
Onboarding Associate
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Onboarding Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing new applicants in our ATS, ensuring a smooth onboarding process, and effectively communicating with potential candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage new applicants in the ATS and identify candidates who need to be contacted.
- Make 75100 outbound calls per day to applicants to confirm interest and schedule orientation times.
- Send follow-up messages or documentation to ensure candidates receive orientation details.
- Update candidate statuses in the ATS to reflect their progress, such as scheduled, declined, or not responsive.
- Maintain accurate notes and documentation for each applicant interaction.
- Communicate professionally and clearly to ensure candidates understand the next steps.
- Support the onboarding team with additional administrative tasks as needed.

This is a Contract position based out of Memphis, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
