You will help new clients activate and smoothly transition to our services and ensure accurate account setup through a balanced focus of walking clients through our systems and acting as an advocate for our technology and offerings. We collaborate with our clients through phone calls email and on-line chat services.What youll do:Welcome new clients perform technical-related support solve problems and investigate and resolve a wide variety of issues and requests that include terminal downloads software and account updates.Coordinate with other support organizations to fulfill client needs for account activation and full usage. We build and make a direct impact with merchants that provide services to everyday consumers while utilizing our systems and business tools.Explain reporting of systems and products to merchants to resolve their concerns and answer their addition Route maintain and track servicing requests and provide detailed follow up.Experience youll need to have:High School Diploma or Equivalent2 years technical support or customer service experience2 years with multiple computer system platformsExperience communicating clearly and professionally both verbally and in writingExperience with internet navigation and technology.Experience that would be great to have:Associates degreeExperience with performance requirements Voice of the Customer Quality Schedule Adherence etc.1 year experience with multiline telephones and online noting systemsSponsorship:You must currently possess valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization to be considered for this role. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
