Corporate Director, Cancer Center On-site | West Covina, CASalary: $185,000 – $240,000 per yearHealthcare | Leadership OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Corporate Director of Cancer Center Operations to lead, grow, and elevate multi-disciplinary outpatient oncology services across the Medical Center.About the RoleThe Corporate Director is responsible for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of hospital-based outpatient cancer clinics. This leader drives practice growth, operational excellence, and an exceptional patient experience.You will oversee:Operational strategy & daily clinic performanceFinancial management, revenue capture & budgetingPatient experience & access to timely carePhysician relations & interdisciplinary collaborationRecruitment, staffing, engagement & culture-buildingFacilities oversight & IT coordinationKPI development, dashboards, and enterprise-wide initiativesThis role requires close partnership with nursing leadership, service line executives, and access operations to ensure high-quality, safe, and efficient care delivery across all locations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead strategic planning and development for oncology ambulatory operationsCreate workflow efficiencies and enterprise solutions across multiple clinicsDevelop and monitor KPIs, benchmarks, and performance dashboardsDrive growth initiatives through collaboration with internal and external partnersOversee operational budgets and capital planningStrengthen patient access, throughput, and satisfaction outcomesBuild and maintain strong relationships with physicians, executives, and clinical teamsCommunicate vision, goals, and standards of excellence across all Cancer Center clinicsRequired QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree required Master’s degree strongly preferredExperience:10+ years in an oncology settingMedical/hospital leadership experience managing multiple locationsStrong background in operations, strategy, and physician partnershipExperience working with senior executives on organizational planningMeditech experience preferred
