One CaliforniaJob Summary and ResponsibilitiesAs our Oncology Nurse you will be a compassionate and pivotal healthcare professional delivering comprehensive nursing care and leading patient-centered care initiatives.Every day you will expertly assess patient/family health needs leading the development implementation and evaluation of nursing care plans and providing technical nursing care to diverse age populations (neonatal to geriatric) with developmental understanding. Youll actively uphold our Organizations Mission Core Values and support strategic and Performance Improvement plans.To be successful in this role you will possess strong clinical assessment critical thinking leadership and communication skills with an unwavering commitment to patient advocacy and continuous quality improvement.Assures that the rights of the patient/family are respected and maintained.Assesses the physical psycho-social spiritual cultural functional high risk and discharge needs of the patient and family.Provides for the education of the patient/family.Develops implements and evaluates a nursing plan of care for the patient/family.Demonstrates the ability to safely and competently administer medications intravenous therapy and basic fluid management.Demonstrates the ability to safely and competently use equipment in the delivery of patient care.$5000 Sign On for eligible new hires with at least 1 year of relevant experience.Job RequirementsGraduate of an RN School of NursingRegistered Nurse license in CABasic Life Support certificationPreferredBachelors degree of an RN School of NursingOne year recent acute care experienceAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Key Skills Hospital Experience,Acute Care,Basic Life Support,ICU Experience,Infusion Experience,Triage,TFS,Conflict Management,Nursing,Critical Care Experience,Epic,Medication Administration Employment Type : Unclear Experience: years Vacancy: 1
