Clinical Details:

• Case Mix: 60% Hematology, 40% Oncology
• Primary Focus: Lung Cancer
• Secondary Focus: General/Benign Hematology (patients not assigned to other specialty physicians)
• Current Team: Includes specialists in Breast, Lung (at a different location), GI, GU, and Neuro-Oncology
• Patient Population/Case Load: 816 patients per day (78 hours of patient appointment time available daily)
• Trauma Level: Level 2

Requirements:

• Certifications Needed: Active medical license (or willingness to obtain)
• Willing to License: Yes
• Estimated Privileging Timeline: Approximately 90 days
