This position is with a Cancer Institute located in central Georgia serving the regional oncology needs. The facility specializes in comprehensive cancer care with focus on outpatient treatment services. The institute provides advanced oncology treatments and maintains modern medical equipment to support patient care.

The clinician will provide comprehensive medical oncology services primarily in an outpatient setting with minimal inpatient responsibilities. Coverage includes Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential split coverage between Macon and Milledgeville locations. Weekend call coverage is required one weekend per month from Friday at 5 PM through Monday at 8 AM. Documentation will be completed using the Cerner EMR system with board certification in Hematology/Oncology required.
