Theres a reason whyCapitol Volkswagenhas been arecipientof the 2018 Wolfsburg Award 10 Years of Service Awardin addition to selling the largest number of GTIs in Northern California.As aFinance Manager you will have the opportunity to interactwith hundreds of customers and build customer loyalty by assisting them with the financing options and products for the continued care of their vehicle purchase.What youll be working on:Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to arrange the financing of their purchasesPresent customers with additional product offerings to enhance their vehicle and ownership experienceEnsure sales are structured to produce the highest profitabilitySubmit deals to lenders for approval make credit decisions and effectively close dealsEnsure every deal is fully aligned with local state and federal guidelinesAccurately audit team deals post-sale and deeply analyze for improvementsGuarantee the expeditious funding of all contractsWhat you need to bring to the table:Eagerness to improveCollege degree preferred or equivalent experienceKnowledge of dealership finance and insurance proceduresProficient at structuring deals for maximum profitabilityWell-versed in title laws and registration processProfessional appearance and extraordinary verbal/written communication skillsExpertise in negotiation and presentation skillsValid drivers license and clean driving record DMV Check requiredSalary: $60000-$200000/annually*Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
