Online Sales Consultant at McKee Homes LLC

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsible for qualifying and managing leads and customer requests for new homes through online and phone contacts; in depth use of CRM and meeting or exceeding sales goals and metrics.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to all email, phone, and text leads immediately
  • Qualify each lead based on established sales process
  • Provide consistent follow-up to online leads with the goal of setting an appointment with the Sales Consultants, Outside Sales Agents, Vision Lending team, and Design Studio.
  • Provide information and marketing materials to leads, along with other important selling points of each community
  • Work with each lead to determine best community and floor plan.
  • Manage incoming sales line calls and voicemail inquiries from prospective buyers. Call monitoring assistance is required of overall McKee Homes incoming calls AI reception cannot directly address.
  • Utilize CRM on a daily basis and call tracking software
  • Track and report on lead activity and sales conversion ratios (weekly and monthly)
  • Train Sales Consultants on CRM, hand off process, etc. as needed
  • Continually research the competition and their online activities and provide quarterly feedback (CMA's)
  • Create, coordinate, and deliver ongoing email marketing campaigns to prospective homebuyers
  • Monitor third-party websites and online advertising campaigns to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
  • Model/Sales Coverage on-site, as needed
  • Maintain online sales weekly and monthly reporting
  • Present and Attend in-house sales trainings meetings with relevant topics
  • Work with 3rd party training/support company to drive continuous improvement of skills and processes

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent / Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Two years of sales and/or marketing experience desired
  • Sales contact management database experience
  • Proven Phone and Email Communication Skills

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.


WORK ENVIRONMENT

Work from home but will be required to attend sales training and staff meetings. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, electronic stamp machines, and online systems.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK

This is a full-time position. Days and hours vary between weekday, weeknight, and weekend hours as necessary


TRAVEL

Occasional travel is required to support teams in other areas.

This position will be expected to visit communities to familiarize themselves with the product

and what each community USP is.
