The LBS Program is a large and complex radar system that requires a diverse engineering and manufacturing skill set to execute successfully.The Program Integrator will support the Program Manager in meeting mission commitments to the customer and financial commitments to the Division. Responsibilities include managing the integrated master schedule identifying and mitigating risks and opportunities and ensuring timely completion of program deliverables. The selected candidate will also have P&L reporting and forecasting responsibilities and will assist in preparing briefings to division and business area leadership on program performance. This role requires strong communication skills the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and demonstrated sound judgment. To explore and learn more click here!Are you ready to make an impact Share your resume with us today!Primary ResponsibilitiesThe Program Integrator will:Support the Program Manager Operations Manager and Business Operations Manager with tasks related to program execution resource planning and implementation.Assist in planning organizing and managing program operations including:Supply Chain and Procurement actionsEarned Value ManagementPreparing and executing internal and external program meetings and briefingsPerformance execution in alignment with Leidos processesExecuting Risk and Opportunity Management in coordination with Integrated Product Team LeadsAssist in managing the Program Office budget and resource allocation across contracts.Basic QualificationsBachelor of Science degree plus 4-8 years of relevant experience or Masters with 2-6 years of relevant experience.Experience with cost estimating and budget management.Strong organizational skills attention to detail self-motivation and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.Proven leadership skills including communication teamwork and conflict resolution.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Must be a resident of the Huntsville AL area or willing to relocate.Must be a U.S. citizen and possess (or be able to obtain and maintain) a Secret security clearance.Preferred QualificationsProject Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).Experience and/or working knowledge of:Subcontract management including SOW creation and oversight of technical schedule and budget performance for subcontractors.Proposal management including identifying key partners developing subcontract SOWs and planning/writing proposal responses.If youre looking for comfort keep scrolling.
