Join Our Team at Willowbrook Hills!Open Interviews Wednesday December 10th 10:00 AM3:00 PMWillowbrook Hills is hosting open interviews for Resident Care Associates and Servers on Wednesday December 10th from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. If youre passionate about serving others creating meaningful connections and being part of a supportive community wed love to meet you.What to Expect:On-the-spot interviews with hiring managersOpportunities to learn more about our community roles and culturePotential same-day job offers for qualified candidatesPositions Available:Resident Care Associates Responsibilities:Provide personal hygiene assistance for elderly patients or those recovering from surgeries injuries or accidents by attending to their basic needs such as showering bathing dressing and eatingProvide compassionate support to residents with daily needs and activities.Help clients take prescribed medication and assist clients with ambulationHelp with mobility around the house or outside (doctors appointments walks etc.)Plan and prepare mealsAssist with physical therapy exercisesComplete clients shopping or accompany them to successfully do soPerform housekeeping dutiesReport any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergencyOffer activities that are essential for daily living by assisting patients with their meals including serving and other tasks if necessaryServers ResponsibilitiesPrepares therapeutic desserts and salads as requiredServes meals in the health center pantriesSets up tables in the health center dining room(s) and breaks them down after the mealsTransports hot and cold foods to and from the health center pantriesTransports all required non-food items to and from the health center pantriesWashes silver glass china in dish machines in pantries as per regulationProvides health center snacks and supplements per diet ordersMaintains stock and sanitation levels in coffee and juice machines in dining roomsSets tables and maintains work stations in proper orderTakes order provides service and requested items both graciously and courteouslyClears dishes from tables during and after meal serviceAnswers pertinent questions about menu itemsEnsures that orders match Physicians diet ordersLocation:Willowbrook Hills3151 E Walton Blvd Auburn Hills MI 48326No appointment necessaryjust bring your resume and a positive attitude.
