We are seeking a dynamic patient-centered board certified/eligible advanced practice provider to be a part of our expanding and dynamic sleep medicine program. This is an open rank position and could be categorized as Instructor or Senior Instructor based on experience and qualifications as indicated below: Instructor: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Masters or Doctoral degree in nursing or equivalent education as a physicians assistant. Licensed or license-eligible to practice professional advanced nursing in Colorado for PAs Physician Assistant Certificate. Registration or ability to register with a State Board Agency of Nursing as an Advanced/Family Practice Nurse or Physicians Assistant 1-3 years pediatric experienceSr. Instructor: Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Masters or Doctoral degree in nursing or equivalent education as a physicians assistant. Licensed or license-eligible to practice professional advanced nursing in Colorado for PAs Physician Assistant Certificate. Preferred Qualifications: One to three years pediatric experience One to three years sleep pediatric pulmonary or neurology experience Prescriptive Authority Experience with non-invasive ventilation interfaces and modalities a plus Experience with XLTEK sleep software Inpatient experience a plus Familiarity with electronic medical record email and other medical technologies Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Knowledge appropriate for individuals completing APN or PA School Pediatric clinical assessment skills Ability to communicate effectively both in writing and verbally.
