Were looking for highly motivated and energetic people to join our Des Peres studio.As a BODY20 Opening Shift Personal Trainer, you will be an integral part of a small team of personal trainers to deliver time-condensed EMS-powered workouts and provide best-in-class member experiences. Join our dynamic team that positively affects the lives of studio members and staff on a daily basis!This position can be full-time or part-time with shift starting at 4:30 a.m. We OfferComprehensive paid training, certifications, and unwavering support tailored to ensure your successCompetitive base payComplimentary studio membership and product discountsFitness casual dress codePassionate, collaborative and friendly work environmentResponsibilitiesDeliver superior member experience while following the proper coaching, safety and other operating protocolsProvide a high level of personalized attention to members; ensuring they are challenged to the best of their abilitiesInstruct and demonstrate proper use of equipment and exercise techniques to members, which may include operating equipment and dynamically moving weight up to 50 poundsAdjust and operate all EMS and fitness equipment to BODY20 standards and adhere to all safety requirements and standards at all timesAdminister InBody evaluations as neededMaintain knowledge and/or participation in all club services, programs and productsOther duties as assignedQualificationsCurrent nationally recognized Personal Training certification a plusCPR/AED certification (preferred)1-3 years of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsPossess honesty and personal integrityPossess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industryExcel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skillsReliable, professional, computer literate and tech savvy, energetic, and friendlyMust be able to maintain a regular and predictable part-time scheduleWilling and able to work some nights, and occasional weekends and holidaysAbility to take 1-2 BODY20 sessions per week to effectively describe the workout to membersMust be 18 or olderEssential Physical RequirementsMust be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs. at a timeBODY20BODY20 is a one-of-a-kind, technology assisted training program that helps people maximize their body's natural fitness capacity and muscle activation.
