About the Role: In this position you will: Manage adjustments to deposits and recording in CRM Manage retail partners OMS accounting portal reconciliationMonitor and support check scanning practices and users Monitor implementation of firmwide payment processing policy and process customer payments as necessaryCollaborate with branch teams to ensure smooth adoption and reduced headquarter deposit volumeConduct regular follow-ups on outstanding collections issuesMaintain organized tracking of internal collection activities to ensure timely resolutionCollaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure proper controls of process accelerate job progress and reduce delaysManage AP/AR reconciliation including processing change orders customer service credits and agreement cancelationsManage insufficient fund/stop payment updates on depositsManage requests for payment (particularly permits) and timely process check paymentDocument checks in financial system to ensure proper record of payment Key Qualifications: Appropriate two to four-year college degree program (preferred)Three (3) to five (5) years in financial operations collections or administrative supportPrior experience with cash handling and deposit security protocolsExperience coordinating with branch or field teamsAbility to work with detail and good organizational skillsMust fully understand customer service and have a proven track record of exceeding corporate customer satisfaction standardsProficient in Microsoft Word Excel and OutlookAbility to grasp complex conceptsWhat We Offer: Competitive base pay commensurate with experience and skills Comprehensive benefits including medical dental and vision Consistent schedules and professional growth opportunities About Mad City Windows & Baths At Mad City Windows & Baths a Renuity company were making home improvement faster easier and stress-free.
