Job Details

Perform general administrative tasks, including answering phones, managing emails, scheduling appointments, and filing documents
Understanding Technology and Utilizing OneDrive
Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, and payroll support
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence as needed
Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as reconciling accounts and maintaining ledgers
Provide organizational support for meetings, events, and projects
Handle confidential information with discretion
Coordinating with Vendors, Issuing Purchase Orders, Maintaining Vendor Lead Times, and Production Scheduling
Overall Project Coordination and Tracking

Qualifications:

Proven experience in administrative support and basic bookkeeping.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and OneDrive).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
