Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (Fleet Operations Maintenance Management and cross-functional departments) manage master data in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and support local business processes beyond customer interfaces and much more.Well look to you for:Acting as the Key User between ALSTOM and the customer for Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and related system interfacesSupporting local business processes related to Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) beyond customer interfacesManaging master data objects in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and ensuring continuous data integrityServing as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) customer interfaces and related applicationsMonitoring and resolving errors and incidents in Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and customer interfaces escalating as neededUnderstanding and managing the integration between ALSTOM and customer Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) systemsProviding ongoing training and documentation for ALSTOM end users on Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) and interfaceUtilizing business automation tools (e.g. WinShuttle) for bulk data uploads.All about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
