As the first point of contact for our guests you will set the tone for a memorable dining experience.Requirements Greet and welcome guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor. Manage wait lists and reservations efficiently. Quote accurate wait times to guests. Notify guests when their table is ready. Assist with clearing and setting tables promptly. Keep the dining area clean and organized. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a courteous manner. Schedule and confirm reservations as needed. Stay informed about weather conditions affecting outdoor dining. Record messages accurately for the management team. Accommodate special seating requests whenever possible. Thank guests as they depart and encourage their return. Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills. Availability to work nights and weekends is required.
