At CJE SeniorLife, we believe aging is a time for connection, dignity, and purpose. The Delighter/Winston Center for Aging Well is more than an office: it's a welcoming hub where older adults receive guidance, support, and compassionate care.
We're looking for an Operations & Administrative Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and takes pride in making everything and everyone feel supported and appreciated.

Pay: $50-55k.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
Union status: Dues-paying membership in Service Employees International Union Local 73 is a condition of employment.
What You'll Do
Create a Warm & Welcoming Experience
- Serve as the front desk anchor by greeting visitors and coordinating sign-ins.
- Support client arrivals and ensure smooth communication across teams.
- Route inquiries (phone, web, in-person) with professionalism and care.
- Help gather and manage client feedback to continuously improve service.
Keep the Building Running Smoothly- Liaise with Facilities and IT to resolve building and technical needs.
- Manage vendor visits, supplies, mail, and equipment upkeep.
- Coordinate conference room scheduling and building-wide communications.
- Support on-site events, staff appreciation activities, and seasonal programs.
Power the Programs Behind the Scenes- Provide administrative support to Legal, Benefits, Clinical Intake, Care Management, and Counseling teams.
- Prepare documents, manage mailings, process invoices, and assist with scheduling.
- Support CRM documentation and appointment coordination.
- Help improve systems by identifying trends or scheduling challenges.
Who You Are
You bring:- 3+ years of experience in office operations or administrative support.
- Strong Microsoft 365 skills and comfort learning new systems (CRM experience a plus, Salesforce preferred).
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Exceptional organization and follow-through.
- A calm, professional presence in busy environments.
Bonus points for:- Experience in healthcare, social services, or nonprofit settings.
- Vendor coordination experience.
- Russian or additional language skills.
- Familiarity with Jewish customs and community practices.
