What Youll Be Doing:As an Operations Assistant youll be the behind-the-scenes hero supporting our warehouse and logistics operations. Your day-to-day will include:Processing inbound materials and preparing warehouse receiving reportsVerifying sales order completion and ensuring timely processingCoordinating outbound shipments and planning truck routesManaging shipping documents like manifests packing lists and bills of ladingScheduling appointments for inbound deliveriesAssisting with inventory checks and maintaining accurate recordsScanning and managing electronic documents.
