Are you ready to be a part of something amazingWe are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to join our expanding Operations team and support our continued growth.ResponsibilitiesEnter purchase orders into the accounting system and monitor delivery schedules to ensure on-time delivery.Maintain and update various spreadsheets related to inventory delivery and containers.Review and verify shipping documents for accuracy and ensure correct documentation is maintained for every order.Monitor and receive containers arriving from our Vietnam factories in the US.
