Job Description
Job Summary: The Operations Assistant supports the District Operations Manager by handling daily administrative and operational tasks. Key Responsibilities: Create and initiate service tickets in the computer system Process and invoice completed service call tickets Assist with scheduling service appointments as needed Assist in finalizing quotes and sending to customers Monitor ticket status to ensure timely completion and follow-up Manage invoicing and service calls in a variety of customer portals Assist in ordering parts for service calls Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal staff to resolve questions or provide updates Assist the District Operations Manager with projects and day-to-day operational needs Qualifications: Invoicing most important (absolute MUST) Minimum 1-2 years of administrative, operations, or customer service experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new software systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
