Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including Electrical Electronics Facilities Track and Vehicles maintenance) supervise operations center personnel develop and implement strategic work schedules and much more.Well look to you for:Directing and supervising operations center personnel that perform ATC SCADA Rapid Response and Access ControlDeveloping and implementing strategies for safe reliable and efficient operations in accordance with rules and proceduresTaking leadership to implement maintenance activities of employees and subcontractors directing revenue activities during normal and emergency eventsOverseeing and supervising a shift of employees supporting the operations and maintenance of AirTrain JFKEnforcing Company policies operations center rules and levying discipline as necessaryRecording reviewing tracking and analyzing various operational and administrative metricsDeveloping and implementing shift work schedules and supervising revenue activities to ensure customer service deliveryLeading Site Shift briefings and supervising the safe and efficient execution of work areas and work permitsTraining qualifying and certifying employees to ensure proficiency efficiency and safety in job tasksCommunicating and enforcing safety standards and procedures conducting safety audits and addressing safety hazardsAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
