This is what you need to know:Location: Knoxville TNSalary: Highly Competitive Plus BenefitsContract: Permanent full timeReporting to: Chief Operating OfficerYour role in the mission:Type One Energy are seeing an Operations Coordinator who will strengthen the operating cadence of the COO Office and PMO ensuring meetings onboarding and crossfunctional processes run smoothly. The role drives clarity follows up on decisions and actions and maintains the artifacts and dashboards that keep the Operations department on track.Operating rhythm & meeting management Plan and run the COO Office cadence (weekly ops standups PMR checkins monthly steering) including scheduling agenda prep facilitation logistics notes/minutes an actionitem tracking to closure. Post artifacts to the appropriate workspace. Manage the COOs calendar: schedule meetings resolve conflicts and ensure prep materials are ready. Coordinate COOs travel arrangements expense reports and logistics for domestic/international trips. Act as a liaison between the COO and senior stakeholders / department personnel ensuring timely followup on commitments. Own COO Office/PMO SOPs and playbooks (meeting standards artifact templates intake forms) maintaining a single source of truth in SharePoint/Teams.What youll need: Bachelors degree or equivalent experience; 35 years in operations/department coordination support. Demonstrated excellence in meeting facilitation actionitem management and stakeholder communications. Experience coordinating onboarding and developing process KPIs; comfort with typical company training rhythms. Tools: Microsoft 365 (Outlook Teams SharePoint Excel/PowerPoint) basic project tools; ability to learn new softwares and systems.Competencies Operational rigor and attention to detail; proactive followthrough. Structured communicationturns discussions into clear decisions and actions. Stakeholder management across key departments (e.g. engineering supply chain and program management etc.).
