Help us reach new heights and receive the respect rewards and recognition you deserve.Operations Coordinator Full TimeLocation: Fort Lauderdale FLPay: $20$23 per hourWork Environment: Primarily outdoors walking and coordinating vehicle movementDent Wizard is seeking a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to serve as the primary link between the dealership and our reconditioning this role youll ensure retail customer vehicles are completed on time and that new and used vehicle reconditioning work is routed efficiently through our shop.Primary ResponsibilitiesLog and track all workflow in priority order for shop employees; communicate any issues to the dealer.Manage vehicle positioning and transportation between the dealership and the shop.Coordinate repair activities with the dealership.Handle all billing and invoicing accurately and promptly.Interact with dealership customers as needed.Follow company procedures and policies at all times.Provide feedback to management regarding issues or solutions.Complete administrative tasks including invoicing and daily call-in numbers.Schedule appointments between customers and technicians.Conduct quality control inspections.Inspect vehicles for damage recommend repairs and provide estimates.QualificationsDetail experience requiredmust be able to step into production when needed.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-performance team environment.Strong computer skills (MS Office and Internet proficiency).Adaptability to changing priorities and environments.Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and organizational skills.Keen eye for detail and commitment to high-quality standards.Professional appearance at all times.Strong time-management skills.Valid drivers license; background check and drug test required.Evening and Saturday availability is a must.The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications experience and geographic location.The starting compensation is expected to be: $2000 - $2300/HourWe offer a competitive & comprehensive benefit package including: paid time off medical dental vision and 401k match (50% on the dollar up to 7% of employee contribution).
