Operations Coordinator at Garney Construction
Job Description
AnOperations Coordinator position is available at Garney. This role supports operations teams and leadership by coordinating events and trainings, managing operational and administrative processes, and ensuring day-to-day office and workflow activities run smoothly. The Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing efficiency, ensuring compliance, and supporting organizational objectives through effective coordination and communication. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Coordinate internal and external events, meetings, and trainings
Manage event logistics including vendors, venues, materials, and on-site support
Serve as a liaison between operations teams, leadership, and vendors
Coordinate webinars and virtual trainings to support operational initiatives
Support onboarding and ongoing employee training programs
Maintain training records, certifications, and documentation
Review and improve operational and training processes
Support office operations, facilities coordination, and supply management
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and administrative requirements
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Customer service mindset and problem-solving ability
Experience with Microsoft Office, Teams, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, and Spectrum
High school diploma or equivalent required
Administrative, operations, or event coordination experience preferred
Flexibility to support occasional after-hours events or travel
