This is an ideal opportunity for a motivated relationship-driven leader who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment while embracing the collaboration support and mission-centered culture of a respected nonprofit.What Youll DoLead the launch and ongoing operations of Evergreen Ambulance Service.Design and implement strategies for growth quality and financial sustainability.Partner with Ride Connection leadership and the Medical Director to ensure clinical excellence and regulatory compliance.Oversee budgets contracts and performance targets while identifying opportunities for innovation and expansion.Recruit mentor and support staff through training coaching and workforce development.Build strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders to expand impact and establish Evergreen as a trusted service provider.What Were Looking ForBachelors degree in Paramedicine Business/Healthcare Administration Emergency Preparedness or related field.Minimum of 5 years of healthcare or ambulance operations experienceAt least 3 years in leadership.Current NREMT certification and Oregon EMT license (required).Demonstrated ability to launch or scale programs manage complex operations and deliver measurable results.Excellent communication collaboration and problem-solving skills.Valid Oregon Drivers License and BLS certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).Preferred qualifications include:Masters degree or advanced certifications (CAM CEM etc.).Experience in start-up or program development environments.Strong background in budget management contracts and revenue-generating strategies.Familiarity with state and federal ambulance regulations and healthcare operations.Physical RequirementsThis role includes operational oversight and at times hands-on field involvement which may involve:Lifting and carrying equipment and assisting with patient transport.Driving an ambulance safely in varied conditions.Performing fine motor skills and clinical tasks in fast-moving high-pressure environments.Compensation & BenefitsWe offer a comprehensive and competitive benefits package including:Generous paid time offaccruing up to 140 hours within your first three years with increases over time.Six paid holidays plus MLK Day of Service and a Juneteenth Day of Learning.60 hours of sick leave annually.Comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance.403(b) retirement plan with automatic employer contribution plus a match up to 2%.Flexible Spending Account (FSA) with up to $500 employer contribution each year.Employee Assistance Program wellness resources and opportunities for professional development.What We OfferThe rare chance to build a new ambulance service from the ground up while supported by a respected nonprofit with 30 years of success.A collaborative and mission-driven work environment.The opportunity to leave a lasting legacy in shaping the future of ambulance services for the community.Apply today and help us build something extraordinary.For More Information and to ApplyPlease contact:Brian Lacroix Executive AdvisorCambridge Consulting Group Required Experience:Director Key Skills Employee Relations,Employee Evaluation,Management Experience,Profit & Loss,Conflict Management,Operations Management,Project Management,Budgeting,Leadership Experience,Supervising Experience,Leadership management,Financial Planning Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 88000 - 132000
