This role will sustain IT operations through ServiceNow and ITSM practices manage relationships with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and suppliers and ensure the resilience of our Azurebased infrastructure. The successful candidate will lead disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) planning conduct yearly DR/BC tests and drive operational governance to maintain high service performance security and compliance across hybrid environments.What You Will Do:Support and maintain large scale S4HANA and supporting applications particularly in collaboration with MSPs or through RISE with SAPSustain IT operations using ServiceNow and ITSM practices ensuring smooth service delivery and governanceOwn vendor relationships tracking SLAs KPIs and driving accountability across managed service providersDevelop and maintain documentation of system processes procedures and IT governance standardsMonitor and report service performance DR readiness and risk posture to leadership driving continual improvementMonitor and optimize Azure cloud infrastructure ensuring performance scalability and reliabilityStrong understanding of identity and access management (IAM) including Active Directory and Azure ADDesign maintain and execute disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) plans across hybrid environmentsFacilitate and conduct yearly DR/BC tests with vendors and stakeholders ensuring readiness and resilience.Qualifications You Must Have:Minimum of 8 years experience with ServiceNow and IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and a bachelors degree in Computer Science Technology Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline or equivalent combination of related work experience and schooling in lieu of degreeDemonstrated experience developing executing and testing Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BC) plans in hybrid/cloud environmentsQualifications We Prefer:IT Operations experience overseeing infrastructure service managementVendor management experience with a proven track record of holding thirdparty providers accountableExperience in Azure cloud environments and IT operations with a focus on governance vendor management and resilienceKnowledge of backup restore recovery and high availability strategies in hybrid/cloud environmentsStrong understanding of Active Directory Azure AD and identity/access management (IAM)Learn More & Apply Now!Work Location: RemotePlease consider the following role type definition as you apply for this role:Remote:This position is currently designated as remote.
