Operations Intern - Summer 2026

Schneider is seeking an Operations Intern in Fairburn, GA to provide support to Schneider's operations team. The Operations Intern will solve problems as they arise and complete administrative processes, while gaining transportation experience. Responsibilities include working with various systems and programs, collaborating with teams such as customer service, safety, and equipment maintenance, resolving customer and equipment issues, and leading a project or initiative to solve a business problem.

Internship-specific opportunities include networking events with Schneider associates, professional skills trainings led by Schneider leaders, business resource groups meetings and events, volunteer activities, and after-work social gatherings.

Skills and qualifications include being currently enrolled at a college or university, working toward an associate or bachelor's degree, and being able to work full-time over the summer. Strong verbal and written communication skills are also required.
