No endless meetings here if it can be done today were all about getting it done today.What is this role likeWere looking for a highly experiencedOperations Leadto design own and scale Topsorts company-wide operating system. This is a senior deeply cross-functional role that partners with Finance HR GTM Engineering Customer Success Product and Leadership. You will build the infrastructureprocesses systems data governance and execution rhythmsthat enable Topsort to scale smoothly from a fast-moving startup into a mature predictable and operationally excellent organization.You will define how the company runs: the cadence the workflows the structure and the connective tissue between teams. We are looking for someone who has operated at scale beforeand who understands the complexities that come with growth.You will:Build Topsorts operating cadence: weekly leadership syncs quarterly GTM/business reviews annual planning all-hands and internal communication processes.Design and scale cross-functional systems across Finance HR GTM CS Product Legal and Engineering.Operationalize and mature existing processesturning strong early foundations into predictable repeatable scalable systems.Own data hygiene and internal information management ensuring alignment across tools teams and functions.Define track and maintain company-wide KPIs building visibility into business performance.Lead high-impact strategic projects including security audits financial audits new market expansion new entity setup product launch operations and company-wide initiatives.Architect internal infrastructure including dashboards documentation SOPs governance models escalation paths and workflow automation.Drive cross-functional execution ensuring smooth handoffs (e.g. Sales CS Marketing SDR) consistent processes and operational clarity.Support executive leadership in forecasting planning and decision-making with structured analysis and insights.Manage general business administration including compliance coordination vendor/legal interactions and foundational corporate operations.What (we think) you need to be successful but were open to outliers too:Bachelors/Masters Degree from Top Universities (Ivy League etc) with technical/STEM study background preferred.10 years of experience in Business Operations Strategy & Operations Revenue Operations Management Consulting or similar roles.Experience operating in organizations ofemployees; you understand the operational complexity that comes with scale.Experience in B2B or SaaS strongly preferred.Strong analytical mindset; comfortable working with data metrics dashboards and systems/tools.Ability to structure ambiguity design systems and build clarity from zero.Exceptionally structured organized and detail-oriented.Thrives in roles where impact is high but visibility is not the goal.A systems thinker who can architect processes end-to-end.Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical teams.Comfortable leading projects independently and driving alignment across many stakeholders.Thrives in fast-paced environments with no playbooks.Prior exposure to high-growth global or multi-market companies is a major plus.Experience in major scale-up environments is highly valued.What We ValueDeep dive into details: Youre not satisfied with surface answers you find root causes and durable solutions.Team first: You prioritize collective results over individual recognition.You thrive with ambiguity: You turn open-ended problems into structured plans and measurable outcomes.Adaptability: You can learn teach lead and follow as needed.Urgency: You move quickly with an eye for scalability and replicable processes.Curiosity: You learn fast ask the right questions and apply insights effectively.Why Join TopsortBuild an operations function from scratch your work will directly shape how the company scales.High-impact role with broad cross-functional exposure and close partnership with leadership.Fast-growing mission-driven startup culture with high ownership and rapid career upside.Work with a diverse global team and influence product GTM and operational strategy.Do you sound like the right fit Lets dive right in!
