Youll be part of a collaborative team contributing to solutions that improve lives around the world. As an OMLP Intern youll be placed in one of GE HealthCares core business areas such as Medical Imaging Information Technologies or Patient Monitoring and take on a project in one of the following areas:Fulfillment Address material shortages and improve materials planningSourcing Collaborate with engineering and suppliers to drive productivity and reduce costsLean Manufacturing Implement process improvements on the shop floorEnvironmental Health & Safety (EHS) Support safety initiatives and compliance in manufacturing environmentsYoull gain exposure to supply chain operations build problem-solving skills and contribute to initiatives that support operational excellence.QualificationsWere looking for students who are ready to learn lead and make a difference. You are:Currently enrolled full-time in an undergraduate program at an accredited college or university (and returning to school after the internship)Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Industrial Electrical or Environmental Engineering; EHS/Public Health; Supply Chain; or Operations ManagementA strong communicator with a collaborative mindsetDemonstrating leadership initiative and adaptabilityComfortable working independently and in team settingsInternship roles are based in multiple U.S. locations. Relocation assistance is available for those who qualify.
