Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification. Proficiency with specific ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Microsoft Dynamics). Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 principles.
