This role will ensure smooth service delivery, efficient project execution, and high customer satisfaction across field and office operations. What You'll Do Oversee daily service, installation, and project operations for building automation and HVAC contracts Manage scheduling, dispatch, and field technician coordination to meet client expectations Partner with leadership to streamline workflows, standardize processes, and track key performance metrics Support project planning, resource allocation, and quality control on HVAC and controls installations Build strong relationships with customers, vendors, and subcontractors Assist with operational budgeting, reporting, and cost control initiatives Preferred Qualifications: 5+ years' operations experience, ideally in HVAC, controls, or mechanical contracting Strong organizational leader with field operations exposure Comfortable with service delivery systems, dispatching, and field team support Excellent communicator and problem solver Interested in hearing more?
