Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production targets and quality standards. Implement and optimize production processes to enhance efficiency reduce costs and minimize waste. Lead train and develop operations staff fostering a high-performance and safety-conscious culture. Strong understanding of production planning scheduling inventory control and supply chain management. Proven ability to lead develop and motivate diverse production teams to achieve operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Operations Management or a related field.
