Required to frequently apply a set of management principles to a specialized discipline. Must be capable of independent problem solving judgement and decision making in the areas of budget personnel patient services and administrative or professional programs. Leads initiatives in strategic planning operational and financial analysis utilization management and productivity enhancement. Has twenty four (24) hour accountability for assigned areas.Qualifications1. Bachelors degree in management or field of assigned specialty with extensive experience in the appropriate service or equivalent amount of education and experience unique to assigned areas of responsibility.2.
