A bit about us:
We are a manufacturing leader and are known for our custom designed technical solutions. Due to growth, we are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and assist in our day to day operations including production/supply chain/quality/maintenance. You will be joining a small division and leading a team of around 35 employees over production and quality.

Job Details
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering and/or Technical Management (manufacturing/materials experience preferable) MBA preferred
- 6+ years of business and/ or engineering experience
- Strong operational and quality experience is a must
- Lean manufacturing experience preferred
- Solid business acumen, management reporting, and problem solving
- Someone with a background in business and management principles (planning/leadership/production methods/coordination of people and resources/etc.)
