Key Responsibilities Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure production targets are met efficiently. Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration or Operations Management. Bonus Qualifications Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Experience with advanced ERP systems (e.g. SAP Oracle Dynamics 365). PMP or other recognized Project Management certification. Familiarity with Industry 4.0 technologies and automation trends.
