Operations Manager at Tesoro Group

Tesoro Group is seeking an Operations Manager to join one of our long-term clients team at (1) of their properties in Burnsville MN (55337). The ideal candidate will have 2 years experience in property management. This role is direct hire role.This role will be working with (1) property that is a corporate office.Salary: $55000k - $60000k DOQ. This role is a direct hire role.Schedule: Monday Friday standard daytime hours.Responsibilities and Job Duties:Training new Property Managers and on-going training in the Yardi System.Manage Lease expiration reports.Process Security Deposit Settlements in Yardi.Collect month-end delinquency reports and give to the President.Verify accuracy of the tenant leases: New and Renewals.Maintain tenant documents in Yardi.Follow up on any outstanding work orders.Prepare and distribute vacancy report weekly by Tuesday.Audit files monthly.Assist managers with expense control strategies to assist them in staying within their budgets.Responsible for the management of internal and external property managers in the Yardi Software System.Minimum Requirements:At least 3-5 years experience in property management.Courtesy good grammar pleasant voice.Confident positive attitude.Diplomacy in handling problems with staff and residents.Yardi-preferably Breeze PremierKnowledge / understanding of Fair Housing Laws for MinnesotaKnowledge of government subsidy programs/Fair Housing Rules and Regulations.Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Outlook and Excel.Valid Drivers License and reliable transportation.Be able to pass a background check before employment.Benefits: 401(k) with company matchPTO/Sick Time according to our company policyCompany paid Dental Life Insurance and LTDHealth Insurance STD Accident Critical and Vision availableTesoro Group is a leading provider of specialized talent solutions dedicated to connecting exceptional individuals with exciting career opportunities across various industries.
