Coordinate with supply chain maintenance and quality departments to ensure seamless operations. Recommended Qualifications 5 years of progressive experience in manufacturing operations management. Demonstrated expertise in Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies. Strong leadership and team management skills with a track record of developing and motivating production teams. Proficiency in production planning budgeting and managing operational KPIs. Bachelor's degree in Engineering Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
