Identify inefficiencies in order processing, vendor communication, and shipment tracking, and propose data-driven solutions to streamline U.S. operations. Monitor supplier performance and maintain comprehensive records of component specifications, purchase orders, and delivery timelines for internal reporting and cross-team visibility. Prepare comparative reports on Korean and U.S. operational procedures to support global process consistency and facilitate coordination with the Korean parent company. Assist in interpreting import/export regulations and internal compliance policies, drawing on prior legal and compliance experience to ensure adherence and reduce operational risk. Liaise regularly with teams at the Korean headquarters to align workflows, resolve logistical and procedural issues, and ensure timely execution of business tasks. Track developments in the mobile component industry, with an emphasis on precision technology trends, and provide operational insights to inform market demand forecasting and supply planning. Support the U.S. office in a wide range of administrative and operational functions to ensure continuity of business operations.
