Operations Specialist at IntelliPro Group
JOB DESCRIPTION
Operation Manager
Location: San Francisco, CA 94158 Duration: 6 Months Pay Rate: $35/hr
Monday - Friday 8-5, potentially will need to meet outside of these hours for global cross-functional calls
Top 3 Responsibilities
- Design and Operationalize Scalable Playbooks: Create and document operational playbooks, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and workflows to establish repeatable solutions for global field data collection.
- Manage End-to-End Pilot Execution: Plan, execute, and track field data collection pilots across multiple markets, which includes building project plans, managing timelines, and traveling to pilot locations as needed.
- Drive Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the central connective tissue between diverse stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Legal, Supply, Policy, etc.) to ensure alignment, unblock execution, and mitigate operational risks.
Mandatory Requirements
- Education: A Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field of study.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in data collection, data annotation, or a related field (including internships).
- Core Professional Skills: Strong communication and documentation skills (ability to write clear project plans), proficiency in GSuite, and professional working proficiency in English.
