This is a salaried, full-time position, approximately 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule. Applicants must be available to work rotating weekends and holidays. Duties include 80% direct patient care, and 20% administrative work. Prior supervisory experience is required. The successful applicant must be responsible, self-motivated, and a team player. They must demonstrate an ability to interact with others in a courteous and professional manner. Supervisory responsibilities include but are not limited to:Ensuring adequate staffing by establishing staff schedulesSupporting the professional development of CMA staff through training, evaluations, coaching, and disciplining employeesOverseeing patient care to ensure qualityMaintaining practice compliance with regulatory agencies including OSHA, CLIA and X-rayInventory management and ordering clinical supplies, and ensuring that medical equipment is in good working orderAssisting in establishment and enforcement of practice policiesWorking collaboratively with Front Desk Supervisor and clinical staff to ensure excellent customer serviceAttending management meetingsAssisting with special projects as assigned by CMA Team Lead and/or Medical DirectorPatient Care Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Rooming patientsObtaining vital signs and medical historyPerforming diagnostic testsAssisting clinicians with proceduresSalary commensurate with experience.
