Their mission is simple: streamline workforce management so business owners can focus on growth.About the RoleReporting to the Director of Operations the Operations Support Assistant plays a key role in keeping internal teams running smoothly. Youll handle essential administrative tasks and contribute to the day-to-day operational processes by assisting with service delivery across departments. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys structure problem-solving and being the go-to support person for a high-performing team. What Youll Do Support a wide range of administrative and operational activities including general office management.Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for client employees. Maintain and audit employee and client records in HRIS and payroll systems.Support payroll processing through data entry verification and quality checks.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.Assist with audits reporting and special projects.Provide support to the Director of Operations the operations team and client partners as needed.Other assignments as needed.What You Bring to the TeamWe are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional with the following qualifications:Education & ExperienceHigh school diploma required.An associates or bachelors degree in HR Business or a related field is a plus.12 years in administrative HR payroll or operations support.Experience in a PEO or HR services environment is highly preferred.Proficiency with technical software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite HRIS systems Dropbox and HubSpot.SkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
