You'll coordinate information across teams, resolve complex issues, and provide guidance to less experienced technicians. This position offers opportunities to build technical expertise, strengthen problem-solving skills, and grow within our operations team.Key AccountabilitiesProcess operational tasks from receipt to completion, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and full resolution.Manage IRA-related activities, including preparing beneficiary documents and maintaining accounts until closure or re-titling.Prepare attorney letters and other required documentation with precision and attention to detail.Execute tasks such as returning Social Security payments, canceling automatic transactions, and delinking credit lines.Research complex issues, determine root causes, and provide effective solutions.Serve as an escalation point for less experienced technicians and provide training, support, and guidance.Coordinate information with internal partners to ensure smooth operations and consistent customer support.Education & ExperienceRequired:High school diploma or equivalent2+ years office experiencePreferred:Associate's degree or Technical Diploma3+ years office or operations experienceWhy You'll Love Working HereYou'll join a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and a strong commitment to serving our customers with excellence.
