Location: Geocycle Skippers VAJob Req ID: 15256Join our amazing team and contribute as a:Operations TechnicianABOUT THE ROLEThe Operation Technician maintains the operation of a Fly Ash Benefication plant.WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISHBe part of a team that ensures the safe and effective operation of the plantOperates an automated facility within a plant control room settingSupport a 24/7 operating facility by working rotating shifts and weekendsOperates mobile equipment such as wheeled loaders to handle raw materialsPerforms quality measurements within a quality control laboratorySupports the plant operation with hands on skills to make repairs and adjust equipment in the fieldApplies skills and performs work in other positions as assignedDemonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOREducation: High school diplomaRequired Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in an industrial workplace with experience in:Troubleshooting equipmentOperating mobile equipmentMust have a valid driver's licenseTravel Requirements: Less than 10%Additional Requirements:Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators.
