JOB DESCRIPTION
The Operations Turret 3rd Shift is responsible for following Loomis security protocols and is concerned with all matters relating to the safety and security of the facility and its personnel.
Schedule:
- Must have open availability for 7 days
- 11pm-7am
Must have Nassau Pistol Permit to qualify
Key Responsibilities:
- Control and monitor all access to the building and surrounding grounds in strict compliance with established branch security policies and procedures.
- Verify authorization credentials for employees, visitors, vendors, and contractors prior to granting entry.
- Maintain situational awareness of facility activity and immediately report or escalate suspicious or non-compliant behavior.
- Distribute safety and security communications to route personnel and branch staff as necessary.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound customer communications, professionally handling special route requests (including on-demand services), service changes, no-pick-up notifications, and issue resolution while ensuring accurate documentation and timely follow-up.
- Maintain continuous communication with all routes to monitor service progress, provide updates, and ensure operational efficiency.
- Generate, update, and distribute the ETA to Operations Report to provide real-time visibility into route status.
- Coordinate special services and communicate detailed instructions to route personnel.
- Arrange and manage variable account pick-ups and deliveries.
- Provide combination (combo) support and assist with ATM-related operational issues on routes.
- Notify supervisors of operational disruptions, service delays, or security concerns.
- Maintain a detailed and accurate dispatcher's log documenting daily operational activity.
- Record and input key data into the ATM list on a daily basis, ensuring accuracy.
- Maintain and update SOFI information daily in accordance with branch standards.
- Prepare, maintain, and distribute additional branch operational and compliance reports as required.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in alignment with company policies and audit standards.
- Perform any other duties or special projects as deemed necessary by Management Staff.
Primary Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, security operations, or a high-volume customer service environment

Working Conditions
- Work is performed in a climate-controlled office environment within a secure branch facility.
- Sitting for extended periods at a workstation while controlling secured building access, including remotely opening and monitoring entry points.
- Regular use of multi-line phone systems and computer systems
- Utilizing vehicle radio communication equipment to support daily operations.
- Fast-paced environment requiring sustained focus and multitasking.
