We always look to the future and invest in our people new technologies and continuous improvement processes and techniques.OverviewThis positions primary function is to keep the facility clean and operational in order to eliminate safety and fire hazards. This is a full time position with cross training lead-ins to operate some of the advanced equipment in the facility. Work Schedule: Flexible as needed. Wage starts at $23.34 per hour ($48547 per year before any shift differentials overtime and production bonuses). Production bonuses are possible for every employee each month based on the plant sites target goals.Operator 1- Cleanup crew is just the first step towards a long list of exciting and diverse job opportunities available at Hampton.
