Youll work from written instructions and collaborate with team leads to ensure quality and efficiency.Key Responsibilities:Operate 14 production machines with moderate supervisionLoad inspect and prepare ceramic and other partsRecord metrics (e.g. weight length ID/OD density) using basic computer toolsMonitor machine performance and perform minor maintenanceMaintain accurate production records and pass-down informationSupport quality assurance and safety standardsAssist with the 5S program and maintain a clean organized work areaUse handheld measuring instruments and support less experienced operatorsTransport parts safely and cross-train in advanced measurement toolsComply with ISO ITAR and other site-specific regulationsProduce precision parts within work order timelinesUse G/M codes at the controller to make adjustmentsWhat Youll BringHigh school diploma or GED (required)12 years of experience in a machining environment or Machine Technology certificateAbility to read and follow verbal/written instructions in EnglishBasic math skills including fractions and decimalsFamiliarity with mechanical drawings and GD&TGood vision and depth perception for inspection toolsWillingness to wear clean-room apparel (finger cots masks etc.)Physical ability to stand walk bend lift (up to 30 lbs.) and use hand toolsEligibility to work in an ITAR-regulated environmentQUALIFICATIONSTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty mentioned satisfactorily.
