Valgroup is hiring a Day Shift Operator Assistant to support our manufacturing facility in Findlay, Ohio. We are one of the largest plastics producers and recyclers in the world. • Train to operate a NEW Production Line
• Work 7:30 am to 7:30 pm on a 12-HR 2-2-3 Schedule
• This shift allows multiple weekdays and every other weekend off
• Train to become a Skilled Machine Operator
• Learn Recycle machine operations
• Pull and weigh materials
• Learn line start-up and troubleshooting
• Learn to Operate Forklift
• Assist other projects and work as needed

Skills needed for success:

• Mechanical ability and problem solving
• Safe work behaviors and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk throughout shift
• HS Diploma or GED preferred
